Minimal Goodies which I attempted pre-pandemic, collaborated with Tokyo Version Toranomon and got here out with this chocolate AT.
The AT is a two hour affair that began off with a glass of Ruinart Blancs des Blanc champagne, a fruity but dry champagne

Savory: smoked duck foccacia orange peel, candy potato potage, marinated salmon toast, hogyoku egg quiche, egg sandwich
Candy: gateau chocolate prime, madagascar chocolate mousse, SAVORY chocolate cake, NUTTY chocolate canele, FRUITY & cacao pulp chocolate mizuyokan
Scones: chocolate & plain scones with chocolate dip & clotted cream
You might order teas or coffees off of their menu (forgot to take a photograph of the alternatives) till they referred to as for final orders.
The view of Tokyo Tower and town was good regardless of the rain.
Every part was scrumptious.
The chocolate mizuyokan was completely different however scrumptious, the cacao pulp was like pear puree.
It was Satoshi’s first AT and I feel he loved himself.
