Gyōza potstickers in #Kyōto. @sukemasa.takatsuji #gyōza are made with Kyōto elements: Yamari #miso, Kujō negi leeks, Fushimi #cabbage, and Kyōto mochi buta #pork. The Japanese-style gyōza are seasoned with #katsuo dashi inventory and miso. Who doesn’t love potstickers? The meal comes with rice, miso soup, and #tsukemono pickles. I added a facet dish of fuki butterbur stems for extra greens with the meal.
Sukemasa is a small store, so go early. We went at 5:30 p.m. and snagged the final desk. There was an extended line once we left. It seems to be like take-away can be an choice.
