DUBAI: Emirati astronaut Sultan AlNeyadi is about to return dwelling to the UAE on Monday afternoon. AlNeyadi, the primary Arab astronaut deployed on a long-term house mission and the primary to finish a spacewalk, will make the journey dwelling after spending six months aboard the Worldwide House Station.
After getting back from house on Sept. 4, AlNeyadi frolicked in Florida recovering and underwent medical testing, analysis, and mission debriefs.
The Emirati astronaut, along with NASA astronauts Stephen Bowen and Woody Hoburg and Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev, lifted off on March 2 in NASA’s SpaceX Crew-6 from the Kennedy House Heart in Florida.
The astronaut took to X (previously Twitter) to specific his pleasure in returning dwelling. “After returning to Earth, it’s now time to return dwelling.. Our appointment is tomorrow.. I’ll see you properly at Dar Zayed,” he stated.
AlNeyadi’s return shall be televised from 1:30 p.m. (GMT) at mbrsc.ae/stay/ and on YouTube.
